Rob Quinn, Certified Lead Ministry Coach.

I am passionate about helping students develop a deep, lasting relationship with Jesus. With experience serving across many areas of ministry, Rob is known for his gifts in team building, developing young leaders, and creating ministry environments where every kid and student feels known, valued, and loved.

Rob has a strong passion for family ministry and equipping the next generation of ministry leaders. Rob brings extensive experience leading staff, volunteers, and residency programs, building healthy, high-functioning teams from the ground up. His primary expertise is in Preteen, Middle School, and Student ministries, but he has knowledge and experience leading in Kids Ministry.

In addition to being a certified Lead Ministry Coach, he is a certified Lead, Develop, Care Leadership Instructor. Currently serves as the Family Ministry Pastor at Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, MN, where he provides leadership to the full scope of kids, students, and parent environments. He is known as an exceptional listener and a creative problem solver who helps ministries overcome obstacles and move forward with clarity.

When he’s not coaching leaders or serving his church, he loves spending downtime with his wife, Jodi often found riding bikes together or relaxing by a fire on their back porch.
